To update your copy of ORIFICE for Windows and to insure that you always have the latest version, purchase a 12 month Software Maintenance Contract. You can save up to 20% by purchasing a 2 or 3 year Software Maintenance Contract.

Flow Calculations offers a combined technical support and software upgrade service for $250 U.S. Funds per year. This Software Maintenance Contract allows the user to email Flow Calculations for technical support and download any updates and/or improvements to the program for 1 year. We suggest adding this service plan to the initial order for Flow Calculations products, which will guarantee technical support and free program updates for 18 months after purchase.

Free Software Upgrades

Flow Calculations includes six (6) months of free program updates, via the internet, with the purchase of each new program. After the initial six month period, software upgrades are covered with the Software Maintenance Contract. Having a Software Maintenance Contract allows the user to download any program updates or improvements directly from our web site, www.FlowCalcs.com.

Technical Support

Flow Calculations Inc. includes 30 days of telephone software technical support with the purchase of each new program. The registered user is required to call in for technical support with the serial number of the program. Flow Calculations will also provide priority technical support via Internet email for 6 months after purchase. Flow Calculations’ technical support email address is  Help@FlowCalcs.com. Email requests will be returned normally within 24-48 hours after receipt. After the initial 6 month period, users are urged to purchase a Software Maintenance Contract to insure priority technical support.

Technical Support If User Does Not Have a Software Maintenance Contract

After the initial 6 month period after purchase of a program, Flow Calculations will provide technical support via email for an additional 6 months. Response time varies on email technical support questions and depends on staff workloads. Those with a Software Maintenance Contract will receive preference.
