Purchase Information

To pay by credit card, click here for the form. After filling out the form, fax it back to Flow Calculations.

Flow Calculations accepts purchase orders from firms located in the United States with suitable credit history. Please furnish the following information via fax or mail.

bulletSigned purchase order with purchase order number. We must have a hard copy of the order to proceed.
bulletShip to and Bill to information. Ship To must be a street address as our normal method of shipment is via Federal Express 2 day.
bulletContact name and telephone number in case of questions.

If this is your first order with Flow Calculations, please include the following:

bulletCredit history with bank name and address and three (3) credit references.

Terms & Conditions for Orders Originating Outside the United States

The following applies to all orders which originate outside the Continental United States. If you have any special requirements, please email us at Sales@FlowCalcs.com

bulletAll orders which originate outside the United States must be prepaid prior to shipment.
bulletPayment can be made either by check or wire transfer to our bank.
bulletChecks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. Bank.
bulletThere is a $50.00 U.S. Funds fee per order to cover export packing and special bank charges for handling foreign orders.
bulletPlease email us with information regarding payment via wire transfer.
bulletIf possible provide your Federal Express account number and your shipping charges will be billed directly to your account, otherwise there is a $50.00 Federal Express shipping charge.
