Our Technical Support Policy

Flow Calculations provides telephone support for the first month after purchase. It has been our experience that this is an ample period to get the software installed and setup.

We have been around for over 25 years and many people have contacted us over the years to help solve computer related problems that did not deal with our software. We have also provided a lot of technical engineering support dealing with flow installations, selection of the proper flow device, etc.

As our business has grown with more people relying on our products, our ability to provide technical support services has been strained. In order to provide the proper level of technical support, Flow Calculations has started enforcing our technical support policy on a strict basis.

Flow Calculations  includes 30 days of telephone software technical support with the purchase of each new program. The registered user is required to call in for technical support with the serial number of the program. FlowSoft will also provide technical support via Internet email for 6 months after purchase. FlowSoft’s technical support email address is TechSupport@FlowSoft.com. Email requests will be returned normally within 24-48 hours after receipt.

After the initial period, you must have a technical support and maintenance contract to be assured of technical support. We handle technical support questions from those with a support contract first and will try to respond to other questions from those without a contract as time permits.
