Technical Support

Flow Calculations Inc. (previously FlowSoft) includes 30 days of telephone software technical support with the purchase of each new program. The registered user is required to call in for technical support with the serial number of the program. Flow Calculations will also provide technical support via Internet email after purchase (click here for more details). Flow Calculation’s technical support email address is "Help at FlowCalcs dot Com". Email requests will be returned normally within 24-48 hours after receipt. Software Upgrades

Flow Calculations includes six (6) months of free program updates, via the internet, with the purchase of each new program. After the initial six month period, Software Maintenance Contracts are available for $250 U.S. Funds per year. This service allows the user to download any program updates or improvements directly from our web site, www.FlowCalcs.com.

Ordering

Send Flow Calcuations credit card information or a purchase order, specifying that you are ordering the Software Maintenance Contract for ORIFICE for Windows. Include your program serial number and the email address of the individual who will receive update and/or enhancement notices. After receipt of your order, Flow Calculations will email you a password and instructions on accessing the download area of our web site.

If ordering with a credit card, include the (1) name on the card, (2) card number, (3) expiration date, and (4) billing address.
